Our society is registered with Registrar of Societies, Uttarakhand w.e.f 14/09/2007 under Societies Act 1860 and also registered with the Department of Income Tax u/s 12AA (1) (b) of the Income Tax Act 1961. w.e.f 28/5/2010.

Society is also registered and has got exemption U/s 80 G of the Income Tax Act w.e.f 28/5/2010 and donor will get exemption u/s 80 G (as per Act) of the Income Tax Act on donations made to the society.
